Communications Officer

Burung Indonesia is a non-profit organization that has been active since July 15, 2002, aiming to preserve all types of birds and their habitats in Indonesia, and working with the community to achieve sustainable development. Since its inception, Burung Indonesia has run various conservation programs. Currently Burung Indonesia is opening up opportunities as wide as possible for creative young professionals to join in filling the position of: Communications Officer

Task:
Managing Burung Indonesia communication activities including designing communication strategies, producing multimedia content, managing internal and external communication networks, and organizing Burung Indonesia public or internal activities.

Qualification:

  1. Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or other related fields;
  2. Minimum 1 year work experience in communications, media, or public relations;
  3. Ability to write and edit content in both Indonesian and English;
  4. Experience in managing digital platforms;
  5. Ability to operate graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) is an advantage.
  6. Able to analyze communication trends and use relevant approaches.
